Can we white-label Evy as our own product?
Yes — that's the default for staffing customers. Custom subdomain (screen.youragency.com), your logo, your colors, your intro script, your email templates. Recordings, transcripts, and submit packages all ship under your brand. Your clients shouldn't know Evy exists unless you want them to.
How does the multi-tenant architecture work — we manage 50+ clients?
Each client is a separate tenant inside your agency org. Tenants have their own branding, their own question banks, their own ATS connection, their own data residency, and their own access list. A recruiter staffed across three clients sees all three; a recruiter on the healthcare desk only sees healthcare. Switch context in one click.
Do you support per-client question banks?
Yes — and per-role inside each client. Each tenant has its own library of structured screens (technical, behavioral, healthcare-specific competencies, security clearances, certifications, etc.) that recruiters compose into req-specific interview plans in seconds.
How do we bill our clients for Evy-screened submits?
Most agencies bundle screening into their existing fee and use Evy as a margin lever — same fee, lower COGS. Some charge a premium 'Smart Screen' tier (typically 5–10% on the placement fee). A few RPOs invoice it as a per-screen pass-through. We help you pick the model in the partnership conversation.
Which agency ATSs do you integrate with?

How is data isolated between our clients?
Per-tenant logical isolation with separate access control lists. Recordings, transcripts, candidate records, and reporting are walled per client. Audit logs are per-tenant and exportable.
How long does it take to onboard a new recruiter?
Three days, end to end. Day 1: provisioning, ATS sync, watching a recorded Evy interview. Day 2: shadowing one of your senior recruiters. Day 3: live, working their own desk.
Will you sign an NDA before we get into details?
Yes — mutual NDA on day one. We have a standard one or we'll sign yours.
Do you charge per recruiter seat?
Never. Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring. Evy is priced on per-interview volume tiers, or as a revenue-share partnership where we take a small slice of the incremental GM on Evy-screened placements.
