Evy is an AI interviewer that does your first-round technical screening. It interviews each candidate, scores their answers, and because it's the only platform with eye-tracking anti-cheat, it flags anyone reading off a script or getting help. How does Evy run a good interview?
Every Evy interview is fully conversational. It digs into the candidate's background and cross-checks their resume so you know it lines up with reality. It probes technical knowledge far deeper than a typical HR phone screen, and it asks your knockout questions directly. By the end you get a clear picture of what the candidate actually knows and whether they fit your team.
How does Evy detect cheating during interviews?
Before the interview, each candidate calibrates their eye contact. During the interview, Evy tracks where they're looking, and machine-learning models flag when a candidate appears to be reading off a script or getting outside help.
What do you get after each interview?
After each interview you get a full recording, a full transcript, and AI notes on both the whole interview and every individual question. You also get scores: a Position Match Score that combines everything, plus a separate interview score and resume score, each with a detailed breakdown. Evy cross-checks the candidate's answers against their resume, so anything that doesn't line up gets flagged for you to review, along with tools to do your own manual review.
